Introduction
London Mint (“LM”) was incorporated as a Private Limited for the purposes of establishing a gold trading
business, initially in Malaysia.
LM has brought together a Board of Directors and a management team having extensive experience in the gold
industry and capital markets.
The Board’s primary objective is the advancement of shareholders’ interests and asset values through developing
a gold trading business in Malaysia and pursuing other investment opportunities in the gold and related industries.

Business Activities
Gold is often regarded as a safe haven for investors in times of political uncertainty, especially in a climate
of high and rising inflation, high crude oil prices and concern over economic growth. Gold prices have also
benefited from the strong wealth affect of the growing pool of middle class populations in China, India and the
Middle East. The current bullish sentiment of the gold industry has created surging demand for gold investments.
Most fund managers are diversifying their portfolios by investing funds in gold as a diversification strategy for retirement or savings.
The primary activities of LM are the collection of scrap gold (second hand/used gold), and production of
hallmark gold for on-sale to jewelry manufacturers and investors.
LM’s initial trading operation will be based in Malaysia, but opportunities are currently being investigated to
broaden its operations to other markets in Asia and elsewhere.

Gold Trading
The primary supply of gold is defined as gold production from mines and scrap gold comprising recycled and
second hand jewelry. LM is on the business of acquiring physical gold, in particular, scrap and second-hand
gold. There is an established and active market in this physical gold market where gold can be purchased at a margin below the prevailing spot price.
LM obtains its scrap gold, which includes second hand jewelry and bullion, in the Malaysian and international markets.
Once the scrap gold is acquired, it will be sent to LM’s gold jewelry manufacturing facility in Klang.
LM will melt the scrap gold and upgrade the gold to 91.6% and 999.9% gold bars, wafers and bullion.
LM has a modern gold jewelry manufacturing facility and the expertise to convert the scrap gold into gold
of desired purity in the form of hallmark gold bars.
